Clark Fetzer's mediation practice focuses on construction disputes but he has experience mediating a variety of matters, including commercial and contract disputes and debt collection. Because construction disputes often involve several parties, multiple issues, and many details, he has developed the ability to listen, communicate, and cooperate. Those abilities carry over into his approach to other matters he mediates. He also acts as an arbitrator of construction claims.
